What to pay attention to when going for walks

  • On the first day, the recommended duration is from 5 to 10 minutes, at first near the home, and then, in the following days, the length of walks is increases by 10 minutes.
  • Adjust the time of going out to the baby's rhythm, do not take the child out if he/she is nervous or hungry.
  • Babies get to know the world around them through walks. Your baby's immunity is very weak, so he/she is more susceptible to various infections.
  • Indoors, with more people present, the baby would be exposed to more germs.
  • Also, exhaust fumes and traffic noise will not be good for the baby, so it is best to take him/her for walks in landscaped parks.
  • When it comes to clothes, the child should be dressed in accordance with the weather conditions, just as parents.
  • Be sure to bring a bag with a change of clothes.
  • The easiest way to take a baby for a walk is in a stroller. The most important thing about a stroller is safety and comfort.
  • When the baby is very young, he/she is taken for walks in a lying position facing the person pushing the stroller, for better communication.
  • Once he/she starts sitting, it is better for the baby to face forward, in order to satisfy the needs to discover his/her environment.
