Magic Saucepan

Materials You Need:  Saucepan or pot; stuffed animal or a small toy; two soft blankets.  

What You Can Do Together: You need to place the saucepan or pot upside down on the floor with a doll inside for this game. Place the blankets on the floor in front of the saucepan and sit your little one on top. Now tell her/him, “One, two and three, here we go again!” Lift the saucepan or pot to reveal the doll underneath. Now, hide the doll again and help her/him lift the saucepan or pot. The next step is for your little one to turn the saucepan. Teach her/him how to do lift it and let her/him try it on her/his own. 

What Your Child is Learning: This activity will help your child to develop logical thinking and motor coordination of her/his hands.
