Genital care for boys
In boys, the foreskin covering the head of the penis should be pulled back gently, as far as possible, to wipe off the white discharge. Wipe with a cotton pad soaked in warm water. The white discharge is normal, you have no reason to worry. It is produced by sebaceous glands. Boys up to the age of three have physiological phimosis, ie. narrowing, and the foreskin cannot be fully retracted. The foreskin is pulled back only as far as it will go without pain. Then rinse with warm water and pull the foreskin back over the head of the penis.
