Searching for the Sound

Materials You Need: Music for kids, a mobile device such as a phone or a tablet 

What You Can Do Together: Hearing is something that develops with age, stimulation, and experience. Play music for your little one on a device and hide it. Be careful not to let your little one see where you placed it. Next, ask her/him, “Where is the music?” 

Allow your child to look for the source of the music and celebrate when they find it. Repeat this game in different areas of the room. If he/she can crawl already, you can hide the music under a chair, armchair, or table that he/she can easily access.
