Body

This year of your child`s growth and development has almost “flown by”. The time of the first steps and first words has come, and the child`s physical growth is gradually slowing down, although it is still intense.

In the last quarter, infants gain an average of about 200 to 250g per month and grow about 1 cm. During this period, the child`s head circumference will increase by 1cm.

  • By the end of the first year, the child generally triples his birth weight and the percentage of adipose tissue reaches its peak. During this time, the child grows 25 cm (50% of birth body length) and the head circumference increases by an average of 12.5 cm.
